IMG_2066As a prize for her stunning art work for Letchworth Festival Children’s art competition, Rebecca Dock and a group of friends visited the Fenners Building to have a look inside an artists’ working environment and to take part in a workshop with Jane Glynn.

Rebecca who attends Pixmore Junior School , spent a couple of hours at Fenners with three of her school friends and her mother Catherine; they all learned how to make simple books using traditional book making equipment and techniques.

“Thank you for a wonderful afternoon at Fenners.  It’s been a joyful and inspiring experience and we very much look forward to returning soon.  Jane has been a wonderful host and we have all gained from the experience including myself.” (Rebecca’s mother, Catherine)
