Digswell Arts Alumni, Caryl Beach will be exhibiting her time lapse video and photography at Hertford House as part of The Hertford Arts Trail.
The launch on Friday 5th April will be held at The Castle Hertford in aid of The Mayor’s Charity Event.
Caryl’s work focusses on the passage of time in relation to the daily rhythms of the natural material world and acknowledges an appreciation and acceptance of it’s transient nature and simple integrity, with a beauty that lies in imperfection and impermanence.

Caryl was awarded best video prize by Elstree Heritage at Eastern Approaches 2012.

“The centrepiece of the annual Hertford Arts Festival, the Arts Trail splashes the work of local artists throughout town.

For one month, pop-up exhibition spaces will appear across Hertford – from retailers to bars and cafes; beauty salons to gift shops. Participating artists are each teamed up with a venue to display and sell their work for the duration of the trail.

The trail will open on Saturday 6th April and runs until Sunday 5th May, with an exclusive preview event at Hertford Castle on Friday 5th April”.
The Arts Trail Map is available from The Tourist Information Centre in Hertford.
