Digswell fellow Natalie Andrews has been selected to show work in Construct The Future an exhibition in Londons Hoxton Gallery this April.
In her essay “Downtown is for People” author and activist Jane Jacobs wrote in 1958, “Designing a dream city is easy; rebuilding a living one takes imagination” This exhibition asks how we can apply new perspectives and transform existing structures to provide new living alternatives. How can we be inspired by what our world can be and can we collaborate to create better ways of being?
Construct the Future will be an exhibition themed around three core living principles; community, technology and accessibility. We are inspired by alternate realities – anything, anywhere which shows us a different idea of what the future can be.
The exhibition will run for three days from the 8th – 10th April 2016 in the Hoxton Gallery (http://www.hoxtongallery.com/), Old Street, London.
