Death Dreams & Desire

Death Dreams & Desire

We are a collective of five working artists who meet regularly to share and discuss the progress of our work. Through doing so we have identified a number of common themes; memory, loss, re-emergence and return. These are expressed by each of us through a variety of concepts and techniques. Our practices include drawing, painting and printmaking; sculpture; photography and film;
documentation, installation and live art.

My fellowship at Digswell with several other artists, all with unique approaches and disciplines is inspiring and it’s encouraging me to continue to work towards my goals.
Amy Wilson

Being a print member at Digswell has made me more focused. The print room is a great space to work in. It’s inspiring to see other artists working – and they’re all lovely!
Jonathan Emmerson

Digswell has given me the opportunity to immerse myself in my art practice in a way that I would not have been able to otherwise. It has given me some space to develop.
