8 March – 11 April 2021 – Created by artists at Digswell Arts Forge Studios, this exhibition was originally intended to coincide with the Welwyn Garden City Centenary in 2020. Due to current Covid restrictions, the exhibition can only be viewed from the windows and is supported by the Broadway Gallery as part of the Letchworth Culture Project.
In a period of time where ‘Home’ and our immediate environment have been brought into sharp focus, the ‘In Our Garden’ exhibition pays homage to the ethos of the garden city movement and explores the ideals of a better environment to work and live in.
