Forge Artist Suman Gujral will lead an experimental Print workshop.
Learn about the versatility of monoprint techniques. During this day course you will have the chance to experiment with colours and textures to create your own expressive monoprints. You will learn to how to use stencils and multiple layers to create your work. We will use the etching press and oil based inks. By the end of the day you will have a set of unique prints to take home. This Workshop is an ideal introduction into Printmaking and this popular process. Suitable for all levels.
All materials will be provided. Also tea, coffee and cake.
About the Tutor;
Suman Gujral is a Fine Artist and has previously exhibited at the new Museum of St. Albans and Parndon Mill. In Autumn 2019 she was invited to show some of her work at the Prestigious Woolwich Print Fair. Last year Suman completed an MA specialising in printmaking, for which she received a Distinction.
