John Robson was one of the initial three residents of the Trust in Digswell House
in March 1957 until July 1964. He was a sculptor.
Until 1961 he worked as an assistant in Henry Moore’s
studio, cycling daily between Digswell and Much Hadham. He was a sculptor. He later went into full time teaching at Kingston School of Art and Bournemouth School of Art.
