There seems to be a continuous cycle of nostalgic imagery and style these days, guiding everything from our sense of fashion to the design in our homes.

Within my work I explore many forms of narratives and nostalgia, trying to ignite the original spark within the viewer’s unconsciousness.

Continuously striving to stimulate a childlike curiosity and provoke interaction with the viewer.

By constructing my work out of a mundane and ready available medium like wallpaper, a new tactile dimension is created which also contributes to the depth of the visual image. A concoction of colour, texture, patterns and symbolism builds an object of desire.
