Sally Tyrie selected for Craft in the Bay ‘Focus on Print’

Six prints by Digswell artist Sally Tyrie, using print and stitch on envelopes, have been selected for the Craft in The Bay Summer Show to be held in Cardiff.

The exhibition, which features a range of disciplines including ceramics, textiles and paper works, will showcase contemporary craft and applied art ‘ in which each maker has incorporated a printmaking process’.

The Craft In the Bay Gallery, which is home to the Makers Guild of Wales, was awarded a RIBA “highly commended” British Archaeological award for industrial archaeology in 2004 and is situated next to the Wales Millennium Centre and close to the iconic Senedd Welsh Assembly Building at Mermaid Quay in Cardiff

‘Focus on Print’ Summer Show will be on throughout July and August. Times 10.30 -5.30 seven days a week
