The Pond Gallery, Snape Maltings.

An exhibition of new work by Helen Terry and Sally Tyrie exploring responses to the coastal margins of Eastern England. Featuring mixed media, textile and photographic work exploring themes of change and disintegration.

The landscape of East Anglia is shaped by water and Helen and Sally are interested in the shifting balance between land and sea and the remnants of man-made structures as they disintegrate in the face of the elements.

The artists’ work ranges from photography, print-making and mixed media to stitched textile.  This exhibition is part of an ongoing collaboration in which Helen and Sally have explored the common ground and crossovers in their working process.

See more of their work or read about the stages to the project on their website blogs and instagram pages.
